Linda Hardenstein is that person. She has the uncanny ability to step into chaotic and overwhelming situations and quickly cut through confusion to the heart of a problem -- identifying simple steps that can be taken to clear away obstacles, empower individuals and get them back on course.

A lifelong learner, Linda earned a master's degree in public administration from the University of San Francisco. She has gone on to gain advanced certification in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation earned after 750 hours of coaching attorneys and executives.

Now a consultant, Linda has years of experience working with business owners -- particularly attorneys -- who are facing major work-related challenges, helping them to reclaim their time and energy and find more satisfaction in their careers.

Linda has an extensive background in the legal field with a range of hands-on experience that has given her a deep understanding of what goes on at every level. She worked for the National Education Association for 15 years consulting with general counsels throughout the United States to streamline operations and develop programs that meet the needs of their members.

As Director of Training and Professional Development at Patton Boggs, LLP, a renowned international 600-attorney firm, she established the in-house university for attorneys. In as little as 3 years it was ranked 15th in a national survey of hundreds of firms.

An Expert in Helping Professionals & Individuals Reach Their Goals

An interest in how our physical environments support us in moving forward or block our success eventually led Linda to study and achieve certification as a practitioner of the art of feng shui.  She began incorporating this ancient Chinese system of aesthetics into an innovative coaching program to help clients achieve deep-seated change by clearing clutter, creating balance, and aligning their goals by working from the outside in. She has offered continuing education courses in the subject and has been sought after by architects for advice and consultation.
